HBZ is proud to introduce our much anticipated Truck Cage. The basic concept behind this cage and its design is a simple way to convert your 5B into a Truck. This is not a 5T Cage although it will work with it just fine but it is for all the guys who have a 5B but want a 5T!
We are in the process of fabricating some custom lexan panels for use with the cage, so you can apply your own bad ass paint scheme to complete the scale look. It is designed to be a complete body replacement and runs with the body off just fine. Keeping true to our philosophy here at HBZ this cage is not only scale looking but strong and will protect not only your power plant but your entire chassis front to back.
You can run side pipes with the cage as well (with minor modifications to the cage, contact HBZ for details), the pics show the TGN track pipe installed so it gives you an idea on how much space you have to play around with when choosing a side pipe to fit with our cage.
It is constructed of 1/4" DOM tubing which has the strength of 4130 cromoly without the cost. We've tested the cage to the max with outstanding results and we're proud to introduce the next level of 5B cages to our product range here at HBZ!
